Our Story

CYNCH was born from a simple thought—finding a trusted local tailor should be as easy as ordering coffee. Our founder, Simone Hanna, recognized that while tailoring services have been around for centuries, accessing them could often be inconvenient and time-consuming. After too many hours Googling “tailors near me”, calling tailors only to be met with disconnected phone numbers, emailing back and forth to make an appointment, and even showing up to tailoring appointments with no one there (true story), Simone decided there had to be an easier way.

Whether it’s taking in the waist of a new favorite pair of jeans, refining a first-day-of-work outfit, or creating a custom suit, people deserve access to quality tailoring with the ease of modern technology. We dream of a world where tailoring is as simple an errand as dropping off a package or grocery shopping, a world where everyone can feel their best in clothes made to fit their body. So, we set out to build CYNCH to bring local tailoring directly to your fingertips.
